Cake
1 (432 g) box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp. butter flavoring
4 large eggs
Cinnamon Mixture
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
2. Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan and lightly flour
3. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and granulated sugar. Make a well in the center and pour sour cream, oil, butter flavoring and eggs. Beat on medium speed until blended
4. Spread half of batter in pan
5. In small bowl, stir together Cinnamon Mixture ingredients. Sprinkle over batter in pan. Pour remaining batter over top
6. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and allow to cool completely
